Ingredients

2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

4 cups cold milk

1 (12 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)

1 box graham crackers (about 14-16 sheets)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until fully blended and thickened, about 2 minutes.

Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.

Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the layer of graham crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.

Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers, followed by a final layer of graham crackers.

To prepare the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Once melted, mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and glossy.

Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly to cover the cake.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set up well.
