Ingredients

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

Zest of 1 orange

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Optional: extra orange zest for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the truffles are formed, place them in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set.

Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the truffles from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated. Use a fork to lift them out and tap off any excess chocolate before returning them to the baking sheet.

If desired, sprinkle extra orange zest over the truffles before the chocolate hardens for added flavor and presentation.

Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place the truffles back in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes until fully hardened.

Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 1 hr | Servings: 12-15 truffles

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the truffles on a decorative plate, dust with a little extra powdered sugar or zest, and serve with orange slices on the side for a cheerful touch.
