Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the crumbs resemble wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to firm up while preparing the filling.

In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well blended.

Fold in the whipped cream gently until no streaks remain, making the mixture light and fluffy. If desired, stir in half of the mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.

Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set (ideally overnight for the best results).

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and top with remaining mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts for garnish before serving.
