Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup chopped nuts (hazelnuts or almonds)

1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, crushed graham crackers, and softened cream cheese. Use a spatula to mix until smooth and well combined.

Once your mixture is uniform, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until it’s firm enough to handle.

While the mixture is chilling, prepare the chocolate coating. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Once the Nutella mixture is firm, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls using your hands.

Next, dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.

Roll half of the truffles in chopped nuts and the other half in cocoa powder, ensuring they are well coated.

Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for an additional 15-20 minutes to set.

Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Prep Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 1 hr | Servings: 12-15 truffles

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the truffles on a decorative plate or in mini cupcake liners, garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a few whole nuts for an extra touch.
