Ingredients

8 oz. penne pasta

1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups provolone cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Sauté the Steak: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables: In the same pot, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: Return the steak to the pot. Add the penne pasta, beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.

Cook the Pasta: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente and the liquid has thickened. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, remove from heat. Stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
