Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

Arrange the marinated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh burst of flavor.
