1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well coated.

In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, mixing until evenly distributed.

Spread the seasoned broccoli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Generously sprinkle the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture over the top of the broccoli, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the crust is golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
