1 lb (450g) carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the coating: In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
