2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup rolled oats

A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions
 

Peel the ripe bananas and place them into a blender.

    Add the natural peanut butter, almond milk, and honey (if using) into the blender.

      Pour in the vanilla extract, sprinkle the ground cinnamon, and add the rolled oats.

        For a colder, thicker smoothie, throw in a handful of ice cubes.

          Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy, approximately 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything is well-combined.
