Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut flour (or any flour of your choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Pink or red sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

Prepare the Heart Shape: Line a baking tray with parchment paper. You can draw or shape a heart template under the parchment for guidance.

Mix Base Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is well blended and smooth.

Incorporate Flour: Gradually add the coconut flour to the mixture. Stir until a thick dough-like consistency forms. If it's too dry, you can add a teaspoon of water at a time until it sticks easily without being overly wet.

Shape the Hearts: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, then flatten each ball and mold it into a heart shape, using your fingers or the heart template as a guide.

Chill: Place the shaped hearts in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt Chocolate: If using chocolate, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring each time until smooth.

Drizzle Chocolate: Once the hearts are firm, drizzle the melted chocolate over each heart using a spoon or place the chocolate in a piping bag for more precise control.

Add Touch of Love: Immediately sprinkle pink or red sprinkles over the chocolate drizzle before it hardens.

Final Chill: Return the decorated hearts to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: About 10 hearts

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve on a decorative plate or in a heart-shaped box for an extra special touch. They can also be wrapped individually in clear bags tied with a ribbon for gifting. Enjoy sharing these with your loved ones!
