2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

      Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the dry ingredients and mix until the flour coats the cheese.

        In a separate bowl, combine the milk, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a dough forms.

          Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.

            Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

              Evenly distribute the sliced pepperoni across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

                Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly to form a log. Pinch the edges to seal it well.

                  Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

                    In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the top of each roll for a beautiful golden finish.

                      Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
