Ingredients

8 oz penne pasta

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef broth

½ cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Cook the Steak: Push the sautéed vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the empty side. Season with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned. Then, mix the vegetables with the steak.

Make the Sauce: Pour the beef broth into the skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes, then lower the heat and add softened cream cheese, stirring until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat the pasta with the sauce. Stir in shredded provolone cheese, allowing it to melt and combine beautifully.

Garnish and Serve: Once everything is mixed well and heated through, remove from heat. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
