Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned and cooked through, stirring frequently to break apart any large pieces.

Once the steak is cooked, return the onions and bell peppers to the skillet, mixing everything together.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the cut sides.

Distribute the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns. Top with shredded provolone cheese, ensuring each slider is generously covered.

Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into individual sliders. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the sliders on a rustic wooden board with small individual bowls of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
