Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8-count)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle (about 4 inches in diameter) using your hands or a rolling pin.

Add the Filling: In the center of each flattened biscuit, place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and a small dollop (approximately 1 teaspoon) of cream cheese.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling to enclose it, pinching the seams to ensure they are tightly sealed. Gently roll each bomb into a ball shape.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush, generously coat each bomb with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are fully cooked.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and brush the tops again with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of color. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Enjoy your homemade Cheesy Garlic Bliss Bombs fresh out of the oven!
