Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to create a garlic butter sauce.

Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit. On a clean surface, flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese into the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling and pinch to seal the edges tightly, forming a ball.

Place each cheese-filled biscuit seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately brush with any remaining garlic butter sauce.

Let cool for a minute before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
