Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.

Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand or on a clean surface.

Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella and a tablespoon of shredded cheddar in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the biscuit around the cheese, pinching the edges together to seal. Roll it into a ball.

Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each cheese bomb, ensuring the tops are well-coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture for extra flavor.

Allow to cool slightly before serving to let the cheese settle.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 8-10 bomb bites

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve them warm on a beautiful platter and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Add a small bowl of marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
