1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

      Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly in your hand.

        Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.

          Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling to form a ball, pinching to seal the edges tightly.
