Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple with half of the honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Toss gently to combine and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, coconut cream, the remaining honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
