1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

4 cups water

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender (or 1/4 cup fresh lavender flowers)

1/2 teaspoon lavender essential oil (food-grade)

1/4 cup grenadine syrup (for color and sweetness)

Ice cubes

Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the dried lavender. Heat over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes to create a lavender infusion.

    Remove the pan from heat, cover, and let the lavender steep for an additional 10 minutes. Strain the lavender syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.

      Add the granulated sugar to the lavender syrup and stir until completely dissolved.

        Pour in the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of water. Mix well to combine.

          Add the grenadine syrup slowly while stirring, to achieve a lovely pink hue. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar or grenadine if desired.

            Finally, add the lavender essential oil and stir to incorporate.
