Ingredients
  

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or your choice of toppings (e.g., bell peppers, onions, olives)

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    On a baking sheet, lay out two tortillas flat. Brush a light layer of olive oil on the top side.

      Spread approximately 1/4 cup of marinara sauce evenly over each tortilla.

        Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla.

          Layer your choice of toppings (pepperoni, veggies, olives) over the cheese, and then sprinkle with a little more mozzarella and the grated Parmesan cheese.

            Sprinkle the oregano and garlic powder evenly over the toppings.

              Place the second tortilla on top of each pizza to create a sandwich.

                Brush the tops of the tortillas with olive oil to help them crisp up.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

                    Carefully remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.

                      Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve hot.
