Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 ounces each)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni (or your choice of toppings)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

1/4 cup melted butter

Olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with olive oil.

Prepare the Dough: Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

Mix the Coating: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.

Coat the Dough Pieces: Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl and toss them gently until all pieces are coated with the buttery mixture.

Layer the Ingredients: Start layering! Place a few biscuit pieces in the bottom of the bundt pan. Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake: Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top of the assembled monkey bread. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, let the monkey bread cool for 5-10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving platter. Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
