Ingredients

4 boneless pork steaks (about 1 inch thick)

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Pork Steaks: In a bowl, whisk together fresh orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Place the pork steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, pour the marinade over them, and ensure they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight for deeper flavor).

Prepare the Grill/Pan: Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little more olive oil to prevent sticking.

Cooking the Steaks: Remove the pork steaks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the marinade. Cook the steaks on the grill or skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Avoid moving them too much to get a nice sear.

Rest and Serve: Once cooked, transfer the pork steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes. This helps retain their juices. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy Your Dish: Serve with your favorite side dishes such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
