Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, add the rinsed chickpeas, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and finely chopped red onion.

    Incorporate the halved Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese into the bowl with the other ingredients.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients in the mixing bowl.
