Ingredients

1 box red velvet cake mix

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 jar (16 oz) cream cheese frosting

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Red sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan, about 30 minutes.

Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Add the cream cheese frosting and mix with your hands or a spatula until well combined.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the cake balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

While the cake balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Shake off any excess and place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Immediately sprinkle red sprinkles on top for decoration before the chocolate hardens.

Once all cake balls are coated, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
