1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, cocoa powder, yeast, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the warmed buttermilk, melted butter, egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

    Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
