Ingredients
  

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat if necessary.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

        On a clean, flat surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.

          Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

            Roll the crescent from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges as you go. Place each crescent roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

                Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro for a burst of color and flavor.
