Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and corn kernels. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth.

In an oven-safe baking dish, layer the sautéed broccoli and corn mixture evenly across the bottom. Place the sautéed shrimp on top.

Nestle the salmon fillets into the dish and spread the cream cheese mixture generously over the fish and shrimp. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
