Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.

Add the Steak: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the sliced ribeye steak to the center. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned but still tender.

Incorporate the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Make the Creamy Sauce: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the shredded provolone cheese, mixing until melted and smooth. Adjust the seasoning if needed.

Combine Tortellini: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Allow it to heat through for 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
