Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine with the onions and peppers. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, then add the shredded provolone cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.

Combine Everything: Return the cooked steak to the skillet, followed by the drained tortellini. Gently fold everything together until the tortellini is well-coated in the creamy provolone sauce.

Final Seasoning: Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Serve: Serve the creamy cheesesteak tortellini in bowls, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
