Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup frozen tater tots

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and stir until the chicken is fully coated in the cream mixture.

Pour the creamy chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken mixture.

Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once done, let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
