Ingredients

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears, exposing the meat. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the smoked paprika and cayenne pepper, cooking for an additional minute to infuse the flavors.

Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the creamy garlic sauce generously over the lobster tails, covering the meat evenly.

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh squeeze of flavor.
