Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread the broccoli evenly on one side of the prepared sheet pan.

Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the sheet pan, skin-side down. Lightly season them with salt and pepper.

Pour the teriyaki mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them well.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.

In the last 2 minutes of baking, switch the oven to broil to enhance the caramelization on the salmon, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it cool for a minute.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the salmon and broccoli for garnish.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve on the sheet pan directly for a rustic look or transfer to individual plates, drizzling some extra teriyaki sauce on top for added flavor. Pair with steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Enjoy!
