1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 lime, juiced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice (for sauce)

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

While the shrimp are cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until they are soft and pliable.

To assemble the tacos, place a generous portion of shredded red cabbage on each tortilla.

Top with the cooked shrimp, followed by slices of avocado and diced pineapple for a sweet kick.

Drizzle the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) mixed with a tablespoon of lime juice over the tacos.
