Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth to create the bang bang sauce.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden-brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Reduce the heat to low and pour half of the bang bang sauce over cooked chicken thighs. Toss to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to warm up.

Remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the chicken just before serving.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for added crunch and flavor.
