Ingredients

2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch pieces

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 scallion, thinly sliced (for garnish)

1 sesame seed (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Whisk until everything is well mixed and the brown sugar is dissolved.

Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker. Pour the bourbon glaze mixture over the kielbasa, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring once during cooking to ensure even coating.

Once cooked, check the sauce consistency; if you prefer it thicker, let it cook uncovered on high for an additional 15-30 minutes.

Serve the glazed kielbasa hot, garnished with thinly sliced scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
