8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.

      Add in the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

        Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
