200g smoked salmon, sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tablespoon capers, rinsed

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 mini bagels or 2 large bagels, toasted

Microgreens or arugula for garnish

Instructions
 

In a small bowl, blend the cream cheese with dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

    Toast the mini or large bagels until golden brown and crisp. Allow them to cool slightly before spreading.
