1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup mini marshmallows

6-8 graham crackers, crushed

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.

    Make the Cookie Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

      Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
