10 large jalapeño peppers

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped (optional)

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray (for baking)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Jalapeños: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes (use gloves to avoid irritation).

    Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled feta, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, chopped bacon (if using), and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Stuff the Peppers: Using a spoon or piping bag, generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it's packed.

        Bake the Snacks: Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to promote browning. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.

          Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. You can serve these spicy snacks warm, garnished with additional chopped chives or a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce.
