1 pound fresh crab meat, picked over for shells

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh lettuce leaves for serving

Optional: chopped jalapeños for extra heat

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, sriracha sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth and well mixed.

    Add the fresh crab meat gently into the dressing mixture, making sure to keep the crab lumps intact.

      Fold in the diced avocado, chopped green onions, cilantro, and red bell pepper. Carefully mix until all ingredients are evenly coated, and add salt and black pepper to taste.

        If you enjoy extra spice, mix in some chopped jalapeños at this point.

          Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

            Serve the spicy crab salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves, garnishing with additional cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
