1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, honey (or maple syrup), and apple cider vinegar. Whisk together until well blended.

      Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated with the spicy mixture.

        Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

          Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.

            Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

              Transfer the roasted cauliflower bites to a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
