Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Olive oil for brushing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined and creamy.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly using a rolling pin or your fingers.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the spinach dip mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.

Shape the filled biscuits into small triangles to resemble leaves of a Christmas tree.

Arrange the formed triangles on the parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, with wider parts at the bottom tapering to a point at the top. You may use extra filled biscuits to add a trunk if desired.

Brush the top of the biscuit tree with olive oil for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed up and golden brown.

Once baked, let it cool slightly before garnishing. Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes and cut pieces of red bell pepper to resemble ornaments on the tree.

                    Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve warm and place a small bowl of extra spinach dip in the center for dipping. Arrange festive napkins and plates around for a cheerful holiday touch!
