Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 large egg

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the chicken mixture and mix everything together with your hands or a spoon until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

Optional: During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the meatballs with a little extra Sriracha for an additional flavor kick.

Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
