In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
While the balsamic glaze is cooling, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Reduce the heat to low and pour the balsamic glaze over the chicken. Add the sliced strawberries to the skillet, gently tossing them with the chicken and glaze.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the strawberries are warmed through.
Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve on a platter, drizzled with extra balsamic glaze, and garnished with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color.
