Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1/4 cup strawberry jam

1/2 cup crushed nuts (walnuts or almonds)

Extra whole strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the crumbs resemble wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch square baking dish to create an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully blended.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.

Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.

In a small bowl, mix the diced strawberries with the strawberry jam until evenly coated. Spoon the strawberry mixture over the cheesecake layer.

Sprinkle crushed nuts over the top for a crunchy finish.

Freeze the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Once frozen, cut into bite-sized squares and serve immediately, garnished with whole strawberries on the side.
