Instructions
Start by preparing your strawberries. If using fresh, wash and hull them; if using frozen, no prep is necessary.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and milk.
Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more milk.
Blend on high until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again for a few seconds to mix.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
