4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup whole milk, warmed (100°F)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

2 large eggs

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs until combined. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.

    Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
