2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

    Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
