Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream for topping

Fresh strawberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a blender, add the fresh strawberries and blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, blend them until coarsely blended instead.

Combine Ingredients: Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract into the blender with the pureed strawberries.

Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until creamy and well combined, but don't over-blend if you want a little texture.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired, then give it one final blend.

Serve: Pour the milkshake into tall glasses. Top generously with whipped cream, a drizzle of strawberry puree, and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
