Ingredients

1 large round sourdough bread loaf

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the top off the bread loaf and carefully hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell. Set aside the bread pieces that you removed.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, dill, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Stuff the seafood mixture generously into the hollowed-out bread loaf, ensuring it's packed tightly.

Place the stuffed bread bowl onto a baking sheet and cover the top with the sliced cap of the bread. This will help keep moisture in during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the filling is heated through and bubbly.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

                - Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4-6

Presentation Tips: Serve the stuffed bread bowl on a wooden cutting board or a large plate, garnished with fresh parsley and the reserved bread pieces, which can be used for dipping.
